The History of MOI Qatar & Metrash
The Metrash2 was well-founded in 1970 by the Ministry of Interior (MOI). The functions of the country’s ministries and other government agencies are mentioned in the Ordinance (5) of 1970.

How to Activate the Metrash App on a Second Device
